Naomi came to wake us up this morning at 7:30, because our own church service was to begin at 8:30. Erin led the service today, and also played the keyboard during worship. She gave a sermon, and the title was something like "Because Jesus loved us first, we love others."

Soon after that we left for the 10:30 KCC service. We went there a little early, because Naomi had to get ready for the sign dance performance she was to take part in. They danced one song, and it was really pretty.

We arrived home at noon, ate some lunch, then spent the rest of the day rather quietly. Priscilla and Erin took this opportunity to take a nap.

Meanwhile I did many random things, and even practiced charcoal drawing a bit. No, I'm not going to show any of them today.. :P Dinner was cooked by Erin. She made some nice chicken, potatoes with butter, and a hashed stew kind of thing (forgot the name). All the food was delicious!

Tomorrow is Labor Day, which makes it a holiday!! Hurray!!!
